Problem:

When entering 001 as a literal, the tool is returning 1, 01, and 001 that aren't in " " - want results to be for "001" not 1, 01, and 001.

Resolution:

By using the attached scripts and then entering the proper literal pattern ONLY that pattern will be returned, it will not be truncated by chopping off the leading zeroes.

Put the tool in TPS\\CONFIG\\ENTERPRISE\\SCRIPTS

Shut down REvolve Enterprise Edition if it's running, Restart Revolve Enterprise Edition

Go to Project

Go to Enterprise/Analysis Tools

Go to Options/Tool Palette Editor

highlight tool from LEFT SIDE, press INCLUDE, and it should now be in RIGHT SIDE

New tool should show up as "New Literal Tool"

If option "Display prompt before changing set contents" is set, then double click on tool - enter properties; if that option is not set, then right click on tool, properties.  then double click it to run.
