Problem:

Trying to open project in Admin mode, getting error "Administrator already accessing project"

No one is in the project and there is no .lck file in the SHA folder, what else is causing this problem?

Resolution:

The RP1 file is missing from the SHA folder, replace this file and the project can be opened in Admin mode.
