Revolve installed but ENTERPRISE not showing up in the tool bar, why?

Problem:

Installed Revolve and Revolve Enterprise Edition, but Enterprise doesn't show up in the toolbar as expected, what is wrong?

Resolution:

The default license for Revolve and Revolve Enterprise Edition when first installed is 30 days and 0 days, respectively.  When the Revolve Enterprise Edition license is expired, then ENTERPRISE doesn't show up in the TOOLBAR of Revolve.  Once a license is given to the Revolve Enterprise Edition product component, then the ENTERPRISE item will appear on the toolbar.
