RTS:200 on 'C:\\mfe\\mfide\\bin\\UTILS.LBR\\MFFH.GNT' when running JCL

Problem:

While executing a JCL error,

"Execution error: file 'C:\\mfe\\mfide\\bin\\UTILS.LBR\\MFFH.GNT'

Error code: 200"

Resolution:

This error can occur when the JCL uses control cards but the control card members are empty.  Check you control cards and amend as necessary.
