At the end of the Modernization Workbench installation process, a run-time error 53 is encountered, with the message that RntServ.dll could not be found.

Use setup.exe by right-clicking on it and selecting "Run as Administrator" if using Windows Vista/7/Server 2008 or by simply double-clicking on it for older versions of Windows.

This problem is caused by trying to run the MW.msi file instead of setup.exe to install Modernization Workbench.
