User receives error message when attempting to perform any query into the database of a Modernization Workbench.  Some actions are Clipper query or Apply Filter from Change Analyzer.  Error message is:

Run-Time error IBM CLI DRIVER DB2 SQL The result of a sclaer fullselect, SELECT INFO statement, or VALUES INTO statement is more than one row: SQLSTATE 21000

Message is related to duplicate rows in the SQL database.  Running "Cleanup HCSources Table" from the Modernization Workbench Administration window will resolve the issue.
