Problem:

The Source pane in Decision Resolution tool is blank.  There are no errors and the rest of the tool works normally.

Resolution:

The Source pane is a component of Interactive Analysis.  One test is to check if Interactive Analysis can be opened and Source pane is functioning normally there. 

The cause is most likely related to leftover entries on the Hypercode Queue.  These can be cleared through the Enterprise Analyzer Administration tool under Tools - Manage Queue.
