Support Tip: MFBSIJCL - JOB submitted in a specified region runs in a different region

User specifies the region for a job submission in the MFBSIJCL but finds that the job executes in a different region.

Note that the region may be specified in the MFBSIJCL command itself (REGION=ESregionName), in the mfbsi.cfg file or by the final directory specified in MFFBSI_DIR containing the region name.

In addition MFBSIJCL may give a return code of 210 indicating that the job concluded signal event was not returned.
