When running JOBS or submitting jobs through CASSUB or MFBSI (Micro Focus Batch Scheduler Integration) the following messages appear in the console.log for the region
JCLSI0001I JCLCM0164A J0000000 ???????? All job numbers in the range 0001000:0099999 are in use.
JCLSI0001I JES000019E Unable to allocate job number for job
What is the cause of this and how can this be corrected?
