I am trying to put a tag line col 78-80 and want to  move it as a block, multiple lines. How can I do this as multiple lines in Mainframe Express  instead of doing this one by one from the column?

If you want to copy information from columns 73-80 in a Cobol program, you can go to Options - Edit - and in the Blocks / Clipboard tab make sure you have:

Select column blocks when dragging, except when in the prefix area.

Drag and Drop Editing
When pasting into marked area, delete excess marked text
