Hi,

I have just installed the Enterprise Developer for Eclipse and I found that I can't see the Line numbers it's blank!!

consider this example:

002312      MOVE SUM TO TOTAL-SUM.

how to make these line numbers visible ???

Hi,

You can right click in the left-side bar on the editor and select "Show line numbers".

Or alternatively you can go to Windows -> Preferences -> General -> Editors -> Text Editors and select the checkbox "Show line numbers".

Those are in the source file. You'll have to type them in if you want to see them.

I've got you, but is there a way to keep them going rather than typing them for each line !?

Currently there is no such feature in the COBOL editor, since the editor can track the line numbers for you in the left-side bar.
