Problem:

L332 - sysstrings does not define a translation CCSID 437 to 37.

This occurs when they log into the mainframe location from terminal server.

They can log in to the mainframe from other machines.

The GPROF settings are the same and the local workstation configuration is the same as well.

Resolution:

Check for 002501B5.TAB and 01B50025.TAB in their MFE\\MFSQL\\BIN path.  Make sure these files are writable.  It's this last point that is the problem. The Link wants to open those files with write permissions and can't.
