Someone has uploaded an attachment to an incident in Pivotal but when you try to download it you are presented with a web page which says "The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
What is wrong?
The file name may contain a #-sign.
Ask the person who uploaded the file to rename it wth the #-sign removed. Once that is done, try again.
