The following error message was displayed when a user tried to open a Mainframe Express project that had been created by another user on a different machine:

The specified catalog is not the proper version. Use project settings to correct the catalog name or location.

The project had been created using the most recent version of Mainframe Express 3.1, but the user trying to open it was running an older version of the product. The problem was resolved when the user applied the latest Mainframe Express WrapPack.
