Problem:
I am trying to download Server Express 5.1 Wrappack 7 Product update for AIX 5.3, but everytime I click on the link the following error occurs:

There could be a network problem, the ICAP service may be misconfigured, or the ICAP server may have reported an error.

There could be a network problem, the ICAP service may be misconfigured, or the ICAP server may have reported an error.
Resolution:
This error is being generated by ICAP (Internet Adaption Protocol) and not by the Micro Focus Website. Your network is blocking the download. To get around this you need to download the WrapPack from a machine that is outside of the Company Network Firewall.
