Unable to import PCT entries

Problem:

After upgrading from MFE 3.0 to 3.1, customer is unable to import resources, specifically PCT entries. When attempting to import, the following error is returned for the entries:  “TXRA1027E Old record version – the record should be upgraded”.

Resolution:

Upgrade the RDF follow these instructions.   1. Open an MFE 3.1 command prompt. 2. Navigate to the project directory ( or the directory where the DFHDRDAT file is) 3. Enter the following command -     caspcupg /dp=.\\   This will upgrade the RDF, so that all of the imported PCT entries are now usable.
