Problem:
When installing the MFE 3.1 websync, user receives message from the MSI installer "system can not open the device or file specified" when installing fixpack.
Resolution:
Another msp execution may be running in the background. Check for the existance of the MSI in the windows task manager and cancel the process or restart the machine. This should release the process and allow user to install the websync or hotfix.
