Does the mentioned resolution help?
If not then please consider to raise a support case as this will need further investigation. When rising the case you can include a MFESDIAGS diagnostics collection taken just after the abend occurred, or if you are able to provide a reproducible test case program/transaction that can help speed up the investigation.

There is nothing in the console log or log-1 file

As you indicate that after restarting fileshare the issue was resolved we can assume that there was a problem communicating to file share. Did you have any fileshare tracing set at the time of the issue? If not then unfortunately it may not be possible to determine the root cause. Unless you can recreate the issue, then we can review further.
