I am unable to perform a text search with wildcard characters in Revolve.

The text search under the browser option in Revolve does not allow for wildcard search. It can only search for the exact entries like it in a Notepad. For example, when entering into the search field "the*", it will look for "the*" instead of recognizing "*" as a wildcard.

In order to do wildcard text search you must use the Advance Text Search option under the Tool menu. For example, if using Advance Text Search, the use of "the*" will produce results for any word that starts with "the", i.e. theory. Be sure to include "*the*" if you want to search for all text containing "the" regardless of its position in the context.
