I have installed the product with the web installer.  When the 'Micro Focus Enterprise Developer Product Licensing' dialog box appears and I select 'I want to activate the free product' and enter my email address, I do not get the option for 'automatic' or 'manual registration'.  The same thing occurs when trying to use the 'Micro Focus License Manager'.  In addition, I have tried to activate by using the product key but it is 12 characters and 16 characters is required.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
