Resolution :

This can occur due to various reasons, one being a known issue and is being included in the next major product version (7.0). It is recommend to contact the Support team to help confirm this, but in the meantime you can consider the following workaround instructions:

1. Backup "C:\\Windows\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v4.0.30319\\Config\\machine.config" And "C:\\Windows\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework64\\v4.0.30319\\Config\\machine.config"
2. Replace these using the attached files.
3. Uninstall Enterprise Developer.
4. Restore backed up versions.
