VSAM Repro getting a locked record error (09/068) - how to unlock this ??

I am getting VSAM Repro getting a locked record error (09/068) on a batch job. There is no other job or process running using that file.

How do I unlock this scenario? Or how do I determine which record is locked and then how do I unlcok this record??
