Problem:

What is the process to extract Natural objects from the source machine into Enterprise Analyzer?

Resolution:

Any incomplete file or invalid formatting within the file may cause this problem.

Make sure the SYSTRAN utility has been used on the source machine to extract the natural objects

Before adding the files to the project / workspace and verification, the utility SysTransUnpack.exe, should be used to unpack the extracted natural objects.

SysTransUnpack.exe is delivered with the Enterprise Analyzer product, in the <Enterprise Analyzer installation>/BIN directory.

To use this utility..

1. Open a DOS command

2. Navigate to ... C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Micro Focus\\Enterprise Analyzer\\Bin>

3. Use the command ... SysTransUnpack <filename> <path to extract> [/log=logfile]
