Resolution:

This is the relationship line:

addRel(type="system_component_stream",relation="attr_comp-param-i_job-stream-type",2);

the number at the end is what tells the parser which type of Job Stream it is -

0 - CA-7

1 - XML

2 - TWS

Default value (if you did the line above with a comma instead of a 2) would be for CA-7.

addRel(type="system_component_stream",relation="attr_comp-param-i_job-stream-type",0);

addRel(type="system_component_stream",relation="attr_comp-param-i_job-stream-type",,);

   - will add the job stream as a CA-7 file

addRel(type="system_component_stream",relation="attr_comp-param-i_job-stream-type",1);

   - will add the job stream as an XML file

addRel(type="system_component_stream",relation="attr_comp-param-i_job-stream-type",2);

   - will add the job stream as an ADR file
