When starting a server, a window appears saying "Interactive Services Detection"

Problem:

When starting a server (region), a window appears saying:

Interactive Services Detection 
 
A program on this computer is trying to display a message 
View message 
Ask me later 

Resolution:

To prevent this window from appearing, tell cascd not to display the console.log, by going into the ES Admin web page, and then into Server > Properties > General for the server/region, and then un-check the box named "Show Local Console".
