Problem:

under Program Assessment, changes were made to the target database to Oracle. " Generate Migration Assessment" was run, but it always shows SqlServer but now it shows no database.

Resolution:

First, make sure the  tool is configured to report on "Oracle", rather than "No Check":

In the analysis tool list, right-click on "Migration Report: Configuration tool".

In the resulting properties page, right click on "Mirgration Report: Program Assessment".

Scroll down to the "Target database" parameter and select it.

Verify that "Oracle" is selected in the list box. If it needs to be changed, click on OK all the way out to close all the open windows.

Run the Program assessment tool all by itself, with a REQL shell open to catch any messages.

Then run the "Mirgration Report: Generate HTML" tool to regenerate the HTML migration reports.
