XML crash reported during upgrade workspace from Enterprise Analyzer version 3.5 to version 3.5 update 2. How can this be fixed?

Problem

An XML crash is reported during "UPGRADE WORKSPACE" from Enterprise Analyzer version 3.5 to version 3.5 update 2. How can this be fixed?

Resolution

The error message shows a problem with attribute "ONUPGRADE" within the OPTIONS.WORKSPACE.XML file, which is in the WORKSPACE directory..

The example error message shown, refers to "UseNewJavaParser".

This issue has also been seen with "HomonymsEnabled"

To solve either or both of these issues, 

1.  Make a secure copy of the file "RWOptions.dtd", from within the workspace directory

2.  Overwrite the file in the workspace directory with the file attached to this article.

3. Re-run / complete the UPGRADE WORKSPACE process.
