This article explains why the message "You are not licensed to use this product" is received after installing Enterprise Server Mainframe Transaction Option.
Problem:
After successfully installing the Enterprise Server Mainframe Transaction Option (ESMTO) developer license and running License Manager (mflm_manager), any developent-related command such as sde or cob produces the error message "You are not licensed to use this product."
Resolution:
Two development license keys with the same serial number are supplied to Enterpirse Server Mainframe Transaction Option (ESMTO) developers. Both must be installed, for example:
Serial number: 123456789012XX
License key: 03030 20000 12345 67890 ABCD
and
Serial number: 123456789012XX
License key: 03030 10000 54321 0FEDC BA98
