All,

We are an IT support company working with an automotive group that uses CDK Global.  When users of this platform perform certain tasks which launch bzvt.exe, the CPU utilization jumps significantly - often to 100%.  In other instances, the CPU remains normal until the tab that launched bzvt.exe is closed, at which point the bzvt.exe process jumps, often to 100%.

Any thoughts?

Thank you for the quick reply.  Properties > Details on the bzvt.exe file shows product version 6.2.3 and file version 6.2.3.2513.

Version 6.2.3 is very old, we suggest you to upgrade to 10.1.4, which includes a fix for a high CPU issue, you can install v10.1.4 in your environment to see if the issue still exists.

Is the automotive group you are working with using the 'CDK Drive' solution from CDK Global? If that is the case then BlueZone (bzvt.exe) is part of an integrated solution. My recommendation would be to reach out to CDK Global for support on this issue.

Yes, this from CDK Global.  They are telling us 6.2.3.2513 is the latest version they support, so we are working with them now on a solution.

Can you share what the earliest version is from Rocket that has the High CPU Utilization fix in it?
