Problem:

Rumba 9.1 Office tools are not working with Office 2003 on Windows 7.

Nothing happens when launching Rumba and clicking on Office Tools -> Word.

Resolution:

Hotfix 10102 is available to address this problem. Please raise a Support Incident to request this hot fix.
