Hi Raheel,

This issue is probably going to take direct troubleshooting with a technician, but you can have a look at the Windows Event Log to see what the application log for this error.  This can have to do with where the application and configuration files are installed and whether the user has access to those files.  You could login as administrator and see if the same error occurs.
