Problem:

How can I check what Rumba update or hot fix is installed on my computer?

 Resolution:

Rumba updates (also called hot fixes) are not displayed in the Help menu. Please execute the following steps to see which Rumba update is installed on your computer.

Windows 7:

  1. Click on the Start button. In the search box, type Update, and then, in the list of results, click "View Installed Updates".

  2. Search for "Rumba" header and you will find Rumba update and the date when it was installed.

Windows XP:

  • Click the "Start" button and select "Control Panel" from the resulting menu.

  • Double-click "Add or Remove Programs" to open the list of program presently installed on your computer.

  • Click the check box next to the "Show Update" option located at the top of the window.

  • Locate the "Windows XP - Software Updates" header. Beneath it, you will find a list of all the installed Window's updates and the date when they were installed.
