We get an error   NAP Not Started  when I try to start a Mainframe Display session with Rumba 9.3.

Someone could give us  any help ?

Hi,

I recommend  you  contact the product supportline directly.

Your error indicates the usage of  the MS SNA Server / HIS Server Interface in Rumba.

The Microsoft  snabase service needs to be started correctly..

Problems starting this service happens if it has been configured with the wrong user account information. Other than that, the supportline  would need to get more details on the error to try and give you some suggestions. You might need to take Rumba & SNABase traces.
