I'm trying to add a connect macro so when a user opens RUMBA, the log in process happens automatically. I'll add the macro and save the profile, but when I close out of it an reopen RUMBA the start up macro isn't there. Aside from going to Macro Properties and selecting the correct macro - is there anything else I can do? I'm on version 8.1. Any help is appreciated!
#Windows7#Rumba8.1#macros#RumbaI tested it RUMBA 8.1 and it works for Mainframe , AS/400 and Unix.
Can you pls check if the profile is read-only.
Try to save the Profile on your desktop after setting up the connect macro.
cheers

#Windows7#Rumba8.1#macros#RumbaNo - its not read only. I got it to work with one session profile, but not with others (we use multiple sessions depending on the task). All profiles are set up the same way.
Do you know of anything else that would cause the connect macro to not save?
