When I attempt to use EBRun with Reflection, I get the message "Could not open file mapping for EBMNGR". This specifically occurs on our Citrix installation of Reflection, but does NOT occur on the normal desktop installation. Any idea what might be causing this?

We will most likely need more information on your environment and how you are attempting to access EBrun in order to better assist you. In the meantime I would suggest that you verify that the user attempting to launch EBrun from the Citrix Server have the correct permissions to do so (You may need to login as an admin) and verify that you are testing against Reflection Desktop 16.0 or newer. If the problem persists you should contact our support department for further assistance.

To follow up on this, our initial Reflection Citrix installation was done through App-V, and it looks like that's what was causing the problem. We tested an installation in Citrix using the normal Program Files location, and that seemed to resolve all of the issues we were having.
