Hi all,

By any chance has anyone encountered or has an idea what might be cause for a custom macro built to interact with Extra X-treme 9.7 to not work for some users and work for others?

The notification pops up after starting the macro. Following up with the testers for the result of the Debug.

Odd thing though is that some members of their team that where placed a version back (9.6 version), the issue was resolved.

Hoping for your thoughts!

Hi Emmanuel,

It is possible that a legacy call needs to be made differently in the latest version of Extra!.  It looks like you have opened a ticket with the Support Team which would be my suggestion for this issue.

Regards,

Jeff
