Hi John,

Can you let us know which version of Rumba you are using and also the version and release and ptf level of your host OS, I'm assuming we are talking AS400 file transfer?

Finally can you give us some reproduction steps so we can try to reproduce the error?

Thanks in advance,
Tom

Tom:

We are installing Rhumba 9.4 fo as400 file transfer.

PTF level is TL15142

There aren't any steps to duplicate if the user takes and action a message box pops up with:

"[Micro Focus][Rhumba Data Access]General Warning. Default Library list invalid - not added to the library list."

These are users who used file transfer extensively and without issue prior to Windows 10 and 9.4.

Thanks

John

Hi John,

I've done a little further investigation and I believe I have found the problem. You should contact Customer Care and report the issue (supportline@micrcfocus.com). Assuming you have an active maintenance and support subscription we should be able to provide you with a fix for 9.4 (quote DECO 11423) or a copy of 9.5 (which includes the fix).
