We use OTP on our firewalls.  Is there a way to setup the firewall tab so that one is prompted for the password on session initiation?

Thanks,
DeWayne Thomas

Hi DeWayne, in addition to the password, after authenticating at the FW, you must answer a prompt, so it's not as simple as providing the OTP.

Some firewalls are http based, others use telnet. Something generally useful would be for TE to run a user-specified program prior to connecting and pass some parameters.

If I could specify the name/port/userid prompt of a telnet server to connect to, show the telnet session on the "3270 area" then proceed with the tn3270 connection when the telnet session is closed...

I tried using the NVT/Firewall setting in TE, but it didn't work. I also haven't spent much time on it, but that would be ideal for me.
