Hello everyone, I have been troubleshooting an unexpected connectivity and handshake issue while routing outbound web sessions through our host access gateway environment. While attempting to access the resources and complete the multi-step verification process on this site, the session consistently drops with a connection reset error during the download phase, and subsequent authentication requests hang indefinitely without returning a response. Initially, I suspected our internal firewall rules or an SSL certificate validation error might be intercepting the traffic, but standard host terminal sessions and other external web endpoints connect without any friction. It seems the gateway may be struggling with the dynamic redirect sequence or TLS cipher negotiation during the verification exchange. Has anyone encountered similar socket termination or timeout behavior when managing external web routing in Host Access, and are there specific proxy bypass or timeout settings you would recommend adjusting to stabilize these sessions?
