How can I map PF7/PF8 to Mouse Wheel in Rumba+?

it's not possible to map the mouse wheel in Rumba.
You can only change what the mouse buttons do in the Rumba+ mainframe display, or require the Ctrl or Shift keys to be pressed at the same time for mouse clicks to have an effect.
To program the mouse wheel to use PF7 and PF8 on a TSO dataset, you will need to use a tool that allows you to customize the mouse button actions.
My logitech mouse software supports the wheel mapping by default.

But there are several options available for this, including third-party software like X-Mouse Button Control or AutoHotkey.

With X-Mouse Button Control, you can create a new button mapping for the mouse wheel and assign it the PF7 and PF8 keys. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Download and install X-Mouse Button Control
2. Run X-Mouse Button Control and click on the "Buttons" tab.
3. Scroll down to the "Button 4 (Wheel Up)" and "Button 5 (Wheel Down)" entries. These are the mouse wheel buttons.
4. Click on the "Button 4 (Wheel Up)" entry, and then click the "Set As" button.
5. In the "Press new hotkey" field, press the F7 key on your keyboard. This will assign the F7 key to the mouse wheel up action.
6. Repeat the process for the "Button 5 (Wheel Down)" entry, using the F8 key instead.

With either of these tools, you should now be able to use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down through a TSO dataset using the PF7 and PF8 keys.
