I am not completely clear what you mean by "host session time" but I will give you a couple items to look at:

You can find the settings for type and frequency of sending keep-alive packet to the host here.

You can find the settings for the session server timeout, (that is, when a user opens a ZFE session and abandons it, when will it close out that connection) here.

If I have missed the target on your question, please give further information.  What type of connection (3270,5250,VT,Unisys?) What is the scenario of the timeout (User has a connected session to the Mainframe with no activity for 5 minutes and the mainframe disconnects?)
