This article addresses an ‘Invalid license key’ error when upgrading from OnWeb W2H 5.2 to OnWeb W2H 5.3.2.

Problem:

We are upgrading from OnWeb W2H 5.2 to OnWeb W2H 5.3.2. During installation, we receive the ‘Invalid license key’ error after the license is keyed in.

Resolution:

OnWeb W2H 5.2 license keys do not work on OnWeb W2H 5.3.x versions. Contact your account manager to get Rumba 5.3.x keys.
