It is possible to disable or hide some Rumba menu items. For instance, you can remove the "configure" option form the connection menu. Please execute these steps to remove configure option form the connection menu:

1.           launch a Rumba display session and configure the session parameters as per your liking.

2.           Select View -> Toolbars. It will bring a window with two tabs: "Toolbars" and "Commands"

3.           Select "Commands" tab.

4.           Then click on the "Commands Availability" Button.

5.           Scroll down and uncheck/disable "Connection Configuration" option and click on the Ok button.

6.           Save the session profile and then close it.

7.           Now launch the session profile and the "Configure" option will be grayed out for you. This will stop from your end users to change the port number in their session.

Execute the above steps for any item or items you would like remove from Rumba menu.
