Hi,

 

I am trying to automate one of our Rumba apps using Openspan. But while connected to Openspan when users try to access the session, keystrokes get jumbled up and go as garbage characters.

 

Space becomes A

Enter becomes M

all letters seem to get prefixed with "A" ... eg dach becomes Ad Aa Ac Ah

 

and so on.. any one else face anything similar.?

 

any suggestions would be welcome.

Hi ,
- What Rumba version are you using ?
- What Session type are you trying to automate , VT , 3270 or 5250 ?
- Which API is OpenSpan using to connect with RUMBA ? ( ehllapi or whllapi)
- Can you post a screenhot of your API Configuration in RUMBA (Options ->API->Configuration)
