Knowledge Doc: "500 Internal Server Error" attempting to access HACloud session

When attempting to access a HACloud session, the browser may display a HTTP "500 Internal Server Error" page.
The .../HACloud/sessionserver/logs/sessionserver.log contains the following ERROR

"The evaluation period for Host Access for the Cloud has expired"
