Knowledge Doc: A new load balancer certificate caused the Session Servers to fail to communicate with the MSS Servers

This technical article describes and issue where a new load balancer certificate was installed and caused a communication outage where users could not connect to the Host Access for the Cloud Session Servers and the Host Access of the Cloud Session Servers could not connect with the Host Access Management and Security Servers.
