Knowledge Doc: "Host <name> a timeout occurred during call to transport code" when opening a secure TLS Reflection Desktop session

Attempting to establish a secure 3270 host connection with TLS. When launching the connection attempt it may appear to stall then the message "Host <name> a timeout occurred during call to transport code" may appear.
