Knowledge Doc: Rumba+ Desktop 3270 session will randomly disconnects and will then not reconnect

This technical articles describes a situation where the Rumba+ Desktop 3270 session will randomly disconnect and then fail to reconnect.  Users are right-clicking on the display to reconnect and every so often the connect window flashes quickly and disappears, but host session is not connected.
