Knowledge Doc: When creating a new Extra! session, the new session file dialog may freeze up and show not responding in the title bar

When creating a new session, on the panel to add the Host address, the New Session Wizard may freeze and show Not Responding in the dialog title bar.  Extra! needs be closed at this point.
