While working in my emulator my cursor is constantly disappearing.  Im using the large flashing cursor.  When it disappears I have to click somewhere on the screen and sometimes it comes back and some times it doesnt.  Is this a known issue?  Ive attached the About info which I hope helps.  Several other people I work with are experiencing the same issue.

I don't see the "about info" Information in you post.

But the discribed behavier sounds like a solved Web-to-Host issue when running the Emulation with Internet Explorer.

Please submit a request to have a Supportline analyst have a look.Provide as much information as possible in the request.

Ive been trying to get into Support Line for the last 20 minutes.  It wont accept my ID and password.  If I attempt to change my password it doesnt recognize my logon ID or my email ID.

I originally did raise this with the support desk stating this Forum post,  hoping that the previous issue posted by JMKroll had some answer or at least a cause.   However I seemed to be going down a road of doing various tests which unfortunately I don't have access to the web-to-host main server.  Our desktop team who do- could not give any time to look into this.  

I was hopeful on this forum more answers would be available for the rumba community- especially if other people have experienced similar issues.  Surely their most be some common link here,  is it IE11 issues with certain Rumba versions.  Setting on the web-to-host setting... would be good if this similar issue does have an answer based on the previous raised forum from JMKroll.

Strange that there is some activity on this after so long.  Unfortunately, the initial problem was never resolved.  I recall I tried to contact support but had troubles.  The other issue is even if they could provide a solution I doubt I could get anyone here where I work to make the necessary changes to fix it.  If its something I could fix just for me I would give it a try.  I know I and some others have had this issue for quite a while but it doesnt seem to affect everyone or at least they havent reported it to our help desk.

Not sure if it helps or not but Im running version 600,1,105,0 on IE11.  Ive been using the cross hair cursor since it seems always be there but Id rather not use it if I didnt have to.

Thanks for the reply.  I had noticed earlier version from 6.8 are not fully supported by IE11, but will work in compatibility mode,  so I was trying to edge a bet that a newer version may fix the problem.  if I can test this I will let you know the outcome.
